This session does not involve movement but allows us to explore your experience with dance, Dance Dragons you're struggling with, overall dance goals, and provides mindset and performance excellence strategies. You will receive a downloadable playback.

Let's make magic happen via Zoom! I will lead you through all the steps of an in-person dance lesson including warmup, drills, and choreography. We will work on your individualized dance goals and I will provide you with customized feedback so that you can dance at your personal best. You will also receive a downloadable playback of your session.

This session includes live streamed coaching via Zoom. Afterward you will receive a downloadable playback and an Action Plan indicating personalized goals and inspired action strategies to accomplish them. You will also receive various worksheets to allow you to work more deeply in gaining emotional breakthroughs, becoming mentally unstuck from Dance Dragons, and unlocking confidence and liberating beliefs.
